Frequently Asked Questions about Maintenance Contracts

How quickly do you respond to problems?

Depending on the SLA package chosen, I guarantee response times of 2 to 24 hours. For critical outages I respond as quickly as possible, even outside business hours.

What happens if the response time is not met?

The Professional and Enterprise packages include SLA guarantees with penalties. If the response time is not met, you receive a proportional refund.

Are larger adjustments included in the maintenance contract?

The contracts cover updates, bug fixes and minor adjustments. For larger features I create separate quotes with a discount for maintenance clients.

Do you also maintain custom-built systems?

Yes, I also take on individual PHP applications. After a code review I create a tailored proposal.

How long does the contract run?

SLA contracts have a term of 12 months with automatic renewal. With annual prepayment you receive a discount.
