You have the idea – I build the prototype

Many founders have a great idea but no technical partner. That's exactly where I come in: I turn your vision into a working prototype – fast enough to test, solid enough to scale.

I've worked on several projects that started as simple prototypes and grew into full products. The key: Show something clickable quickly, validate, then scale.

«We needed something clickable in 2 weeks – no login, no permissions, just showing the possibilities. After that, the full project followed.»

Clickable prototype in 1–2 weeks. Perfect for investor demos, pitch decks and initial user testing.

SaaS Platforms

Complete SaaS systems with login, dashboard, subscription management and payment integration (Stripe).

Web Apps & Mobile

Responsive web apps and Progressive Web Apps (PWA) that work on all devices.

How an MVP project works

From idea to working product – step by step

1

Discuss the idea

Free initial consultation: What is your vision? What core features does the MVP need? Who are the users?

2

Define the MVP

Together we define the minimum feature set – only what is truly needed to validate the idea.

3

Development

I build the prototype in 1–2 weeks. You get regular updates and can give feedback directly.

4

Launch & iterate

The MVP goes live. Based on real user feedback we continue developing – iteratively and focused.

Agency vs. solo developer

Why an experienced developer is often the better choice

Traditional agency

  • Weeks until first results
  • Multiple contact persons
  • High fixed costs and overhead
  • Standardised processes

MVP with WebAufbau

  • Clickable prototype in 1–2 weeks
  • One contact person – the developer directly
  • Lean structure, fair conditions
  • Agile, fast, tailored to your project

Collaboration models

Flexible, depending on your project and phase

MVP Sprint

Fixed price for a defined prototype. Ideal for testing and investor demos. Typical: landing page, dashboard, core feature.

Ongoing development

After the MVP: continued development on an hourly basis or as a monthly package. Iterative, based on user feedback.

Technical partner

Long-term collaboration as technical co-founder or CTO-as-a-Service. For founders without a tech background.

Frequently asked questions about MVP development

What is an MVP?
A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is the simplest version of your product with the most important core features. It serves to quickly test your idea on the market – without months of development and high costs.
How long does MVP development take?
A simple prototype for showing and testing is ready in 1–2 weeks. A complete MVP with login, dashboard and core features typically takes 4–8 weeks – depending on complexity.
How much does an MVP cost?
Every project is different. In a free initial consultation we define the scope and I create a binding offer. No hidden costs.
I have no technical knowledge – is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of my startup clients are non-technical. I translate your vision into a working product and explain everything clearly.
Can the MVP be developed further?
Yes, that is the whole point of an MVP. I develop with clean code and scalable architecture from the start, so the product can grow – without rebuilding everything.
Do you offer equity models?
In individual cases, yes – if the team is serious, the market has been validated and there is a clear plan. Generally, I work on a project basis with a fixed price.
