PDF Designer

The PDF Designer lets you create professional PDF documents using simple drag and drop. Place text, headings, images, and more freely on the page, then export the result as a PDF.

How to use it

Drag elements from the left sidebar onto the white A4 canvas. Click on any element to select it and edit its properties in the right sidebar.

Toolbar icons

• / Zoom: Zoom the canvas in or out
\n
• Grid: Toggle the alignment grid for precise positioning
\n
• Fullscreen: Expand the designer to fill the entire screen (also via F11)
\n
• Clear page: Delete all elements on the current page
\n
• Load: Open a saved .wapdfdesigner file
\n
• Save: Save your design as a .wapdfdesigner file
\n
• PDF: Export the finished design as a PDF file
\n

Pages sidebar (left)

\n
• New page: Add another page to the document
\n
• Thumbnails: Click to switch between pages
\n
• Delete: Appears on hover over a page thumbnail
\n

Available elements

• Heading H1/H2/H3: Headings in different sizes
\n
• Text: Body text with formatting options
\n
• Image: Images via URL or paste from clipboard (Ctrl+V)
\n
• List: Bullet-point lists
\n
• Divider: Horizontal lines for visual separation
\n
• Spacer: Invisible placeholder for adding whitespace
\n

Keyboard shortcuts

• F11: Toggle fullscreen mode
\n
• ESC: Exit fullscreen mode
\n
• Ctrl+S: Save the design
\n
• Del (Windows) / Cmd+Backspace (Mac): Delete the selected element
\n
• Ctrl+V: Paste an image from clipboard (when an image element is selected)
