Frequently Asked Questions about Shopware

Primarily with Shopware 6. For existing Shopware 5 shops I offer maintenance and migration to Shopware 6. For new projects I generally recommend Shopware 6.

It depends on the scope. A custom theme with individual adjustments typically takes several weeks. After an initial conversation I can give you a realistic timeframe.

Yes, I also adapt existing plugins to your requirements. For premium plugins the vendor's support can often be limited – I take care of that.

Basically any ERP with an API interface. I have already connected common systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage or Abacus. For specific systems I analyse the interface.

I am happy to refer suitable hosting partners, but do not offer hosting myself. For Shopware I recommend specialist hosts such as maxcluster or Hostpoint Business.

I offer maintenance contracts for ongoing care, updates and support. This keeps your shop up-to-date and secure in the long term.
