How does white label work exactly?

I work completely in your name. I use an email address on your domain, can appear as an employee on your team page and wear your company clothing with logo at client appointments. Your client sees exclusively your agency as the contact.

Can you come to client appointments?

Yes, I come personally to meetings in the Basel region or throughout Switzerland. I introduce myself as your developer, wear your company clothing if needed and act completely in your name.

How does communication with my clients work?

I receive an email address on your domain and write all emails through it. By phone I am reachable either via my number or an extension of your company – however you want to set it up.

Can I show you on our team page?

Yes, if desired I provide a photo and a short description. This way I appear on your website as a permanent part of the team – your clients see no difference from internal employees.

How is billing handled?

Flexibly according to your needs: project flat rate, hourly rate or a monthly contingent. You receive an invoice from me that you can factor in with your margin for your client.

Is my client list protected?

Of course. Confidentiality is the basis of our collaboration. I never contact your clients directly and do not compete with your contacts.

How quickly are you available?

Depending on current workload I can often start within a few days. For emergencies I also react at short notice. Just get in touch.
